Dance it Up!

Dance It Up! is a mobile dance preschool program that comes to your school 1 day a week for 30 minutes. Our school is open for ages 2.5 – 6, teaching basic dance movements, rhythm, teamwork and beginning dance steps in ballet, jazz and tap. At this age, the exploration of music and body inspires the young students to express their emotions, work on coordination and find the love for dance through simple routines taught throughout the semester.

At the end of each semester, your child will have the opportunity to perform in a small recital, showing you what they have learned in their classes. You are encouraged to bring your family to watch this special performance where your student will perform 4 dances.

Our teachers are highly qualified with more than 15 years of experience in dance and teaching.

Graduating Preschool

Many families ask what to do after preschool. We always encourage our students to consider starting in ballet. Ballet being the foundation of all dance, they will learn the art form and be able to move into different dance styles easily throughout their training. Ballet Academy of Silicon Valley is a parent company to Dance It Up!, and you can find more information here on our website about our methods of classical ballet, programs, and classes we offer. Feel free to contact us for more in depth information on options for your upcoming dancer and specific recommendations for your child.
